About
I grew up between the salt of the Brazilian coast and the sweat of the academy floor. Jiu jitsu found me first — a quiet, stubborn art that taught me how to lose well and keep showing up. The ocean came next, and never really let go.
These days I split my time between surf towns and BJJ academies — running retreats, leading workshops at gyms around the world, and learning from the people I meet along the way. My heart is in teaching women on the mats, and lately the next generation too: kids' classes where the lesson is courage as much as technique. I don't have one home; I have many small ones.
The retreats I host are an extension of that life. A few days where strangers become training partners, where mornings start with mobility on a wooden deck and end with a paddle out at sunset. Where the body remembers it was made to move.
If any of that resonates, come roll. Come paddle. Come breathe.
